CUES (formerly CORRS) offers urgent assessment, treatment or referral for sudden onset eye problems such as flashes, floaters, vision loss or mior eye injuries.
One or more of the following symptoms can be seen for treatment, advice, or onward referral as necessary:
- Dry eye (lasting longer than 2 weeks after seeing a pharmacist and trying home treatments)
- Red eye withpain
- Photophobia
- Painful eye
- Flashes and new floaters
- Blurry vision
- Diplopia
- Distorted vision
- Sudden loss of vision in one or both eyes
- Symptomatic field loss
- Flashes and floaters
- In growing eyelash(es)
- Non-penetrating foreign body
