Total Triage
Receiving the right care, at the right time, with the right person.
From 1 April 2025, Park View Surgery will use Total Triage to manage all patient queries. This will allow you to navigate to the most appropriate care in a timely fashion through submitting an online form, without needing to phone the practice.
You can submit a non-urgent medical or administrative query online here.
How will my query be processed?
This method of communication will replicate how you would be care navigated in a more accessible way. Our dedicated team will aim to review online communications within 2 working days. We will then contact you to arrange the most appropriate care as needed.
Can I still call the practice?
You can still call us during our reception opening hours. Our care navigators will support you with the Total Triage process.
Will all queries go through Total Triage?
Yes, all contact, including calls and walk-ins, will be triaged through this process and we therefore encourage patients to do this in the privacy of their own home.
